Houston Mexican Restaurant Accused of Discrimination

A Houston Mexican seafood restaurant is being accused of violating federal laws and discriminating against workers.  According to reports,  the restaurant is being sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission because it allegedly fired workers who could not speak Spanish.  The restaurant is further accused of failing to hire non-Spanish workers.

$850k Settlement in Sexual Harassment Suit
